Our hiring process

    Written intro

    You send us a short note (no formal CV needed). We read everything within a week.

  2. 2

    First conversation (45 min)

    A video call with the hiring manager. About you, the role, what you'd want to work on.

  3. 3

    Take-home or async pairing (4-6 hours)

    For engineering roles: a small representative problem. We pay you for the time. No whiteboard riddles.

  4. 4

    Team conversations

    Two or three more calls — future teammates, a leadership pair. Two-way.

  5. 5

    Offer & references

    Concrete offer, written compensation breakdown. We check references; we ask for yours.
